1. Introduction:
Roller mill pulverizer machine is used to pulverize or crush oily materials or oily plant seeds into granules or powder from 8~60 mesh in food, spices, chemical industries.
Applied oily products are peanut, sesame, almond, chia seed, cashew, biscuits, cookies, coffee beans, cocoa beans, sunflower seeds, coffee beans, brasil nuts,etc.

2. Working Principle:
Consists of feeding hopper, pulverizing rollers, fineness adjusting handles, supporting frames.
Oily materials are pulverized into granules or powder by the pressing and squeezing forces between the two rotary rollers.

3. Features:
Output size can be between 8~60 mesh according to different materials.
If you toast or fry your raw materials first, you can get a better output size.
Adjust the distance between the two rollers on the same layer to change the final size.
We provide multi-layer of rollers for different requirements.
We have designed several special structures of the rollers for different materials and output size.
Conveyor can be equipped to feed raw materials to the hopper.
Magnetic frames can be added on the top of the feeding hopper to remove the irons mixed in raw materials.
We can provide commissioning for customers free of charge for fatty and oily and greasy products before placing order.
